Working fine my side. But

Had the same issue a while back and the magically worked after 2 days. Still **** since you can't do anything like payments etc

I still can't get into the app, this is the problem with just having an app for online banking, why not have a web access via a PC. So frustrating

What phone and OS? If Andriod, why not roll back one version of the app?

Current version on Andriod is 1.1.6. Only 1.1.4 is available using the APK hosted on unofficial sites. That should work fine as there has not been any major updates recently. You will have to turn of auto update in the Play Store to stop the app being updated to 1.1.6 again. Wait for 1.1.7 to be released and hopefully that fixes the issue.

What you can also try is to change the default biometrics setting from face to fingerprint or from fingerprint to face ( depending on which one is the current preference) in your phone setting (should be available under biometric preferences), maybe that fixes the glitch.

What happens if you try to access the "bank" using the health app?

Ive never used face or biometric login,I would allways just touch the login part and enter my username and password, the issue is the app is not recognising the touch part so it's not detecting my finger touching the login screen
If I go via the app same thing happens,

1.14 worked and I was able to login ,1.16 wouldn't detect any touch part to allow login
 
Anyone else get this?

Probably a glitch. Most likely they going to take it back. Let's see
 
What details does one use to transfer from FNB to Discovery Bank Credit Card.. the bank approved Discovery Credit Card beneficiaries or Discovery Bank and Card Account Details..

Discovery bank and the account number. Dont need the card number.

Are there any freelancers here, who don't have a steady annual income, that have joined the bank? I'm not yet of retirement age, but I have a fair whack of savings and tiny expenses, and only work when I feel like it. How would I reach Diamond?

I am daimond if transfer my fnb savings to discovery currently on gold. I dont own property. Have to put 4k away a month retirement and around 120k savings with no debt got me to gold.
