Discovery bank and the account number. Dont need the card number.

In order to achieve a Diamond status, you need to be on Gold status and have a certain amount of savings in your Discovery Bank accounts. The amount of savings you need to have in the account depends on your annual income:

Your annual income	Savings you need for Diamond status
Less than R350 000	R20 000
Between R350 000 and R850 000	R45 000
More than R850 000	R100 000

I am daimond if transfer my fnb savings to discovery currently on gold. I dont own property. Have to put 4k away a month retirement and around 120k savings with no debt got me to gold.

So, after EIGHT months of trying to sign up and having to endure **** poor support I finally managed to sign up. Man, it's awful

Issues with institutions not able to deduct monies via debit order, no integration with Spendee, not all services working...

I am really disappointed in this product. Bank has a LONG way to go and I'm going back to Capitec until it's sorted out.

Since the bank released version 1.16 I've never been able to login, (doesn't recognise touch Inputs) so I've have to roll back to version 1.14 ,logged a query and I await

Got a bank account a few months ago just to test it out. Then wanted to add a CC after the second month as I liked what I saw. Called in and was advised that this will be added as a self-service feature in future. I finally see it now but it's greyed out. Anyone have any idea what the reqs are to even just apply? I haven't really been using the account beyond saving the required amount each month to hit my goal.

People mainly post here if they have problems. Been working perfectly fine for me for months so not much to say.

It's not working for me and I am not the only with a negative perception of Bank.

Like you I want them to succeed.
