I had to log a call for this. According to the call center agent, they launched the gym booster benefit on Vitality Money without having the mechanism in place to actually process the cash backs. Made a lot of noise and told them to do manual refunds if they have to. Still waiting for feedback. The call was logged more than a week ago.

Just to confirm you talking about the old vitality 25% back gym booster not the new 100% back with the bank only if you have a debit order?

I was referring to the new bank benefit. Full debit order against Discovery Bank and cash-back calculated at 75% + spend band boost.

Ah thanks, anyone not moved yet and got the 25% vitality back? Or has that just been cancelled and discontinued.
 
It's so confusing what's going on. I downgraded to one club only last month but discovery sees im still a premier membership according to their system, so logged yet another query

About the Dmiles are they coming into effect in 2020 some article I read says in October they will be allocated for all spend backdated to when you got your new discovery Cc?

I read about the allocation, but they didn't necessarily say the new DMiles was starting so...more confusion. I think it's just a way to get out of refunding the DMiles fees as they had promised they would...

So I spoke to rep at "Discovery wealth" - no idea what that is they just transferred me there because they said im apparently a wealth client haha. According to her discovery is aware of the gym booster problems and everything should be paid within 14 days.
 
Why does Discovery not put a rep on this thread. They are loosing so much business and client satisfaction with all this confusion. A rep on this thread could much a huge difference.
 
when I use my new credit card, I receive both an email and an sms with details of the transaction. does anyone know if there if a way I can limit or stop some of these notifications?

Does anyone have the fine print for the Platinum Credit Card. I am hiring a car soon and want to know the following......if I pay via my credit card, do I automatically get extended cover for the insurance that the car rental companies want you to take out?
 
Hi guys. Did anyone switch their salary to Discovery Bank? What time does your salary normally reflect in the Discovery Bank account?
