Tymebank is the best in this regard your rewards are built into your bank card so you swipe and carry just one card.

That's the same as the WW card. I use one card for WW rewards + HealthyFood + to pay.

I have 3 HealthFood cards. One came when I first joined with Discovery Bank but then another was also in my mail box and the third came when I upgraded my card. How do I find out or know which is the one to use?

Check the card number on Discovery’s website. Log in, then under the Vitality tab choose ‘Rewards’. Then click ‘Learn more’ under Healthy Food. Your card number is shown there.

I see they’ve done away with the Healthy Food card for PnP though. Looks like, going forward, it’s linked to your Smart Shopper card (you can link your Smart Shopper card on the same page).

Yeah I think smart shopper is now linked to your healthy food card, as the other day I did a purchase only with my smart shopper card and on the slip it part showed my healthy card number.

But question now, last time I swiped my mom's smart shopper (not linked to anything) and my healthy card, so would I still get the healthy food cash back as her smart shopper card isn't linked to anything but I did swipe my healthy food card?

Did the healthy food card number appear on the till slip that time too? If it did I see no reason why not. But if you don’t receive your cashback for that transaction they can always allocate it manually.

I'm considering getting the Discovery Bank suite - however it is purely for the discount on the Virgin Active gym membership. Unfortunately my medical is with another company and I can't change it.

Does anyone know what is required to get 100% of the gym membership?

Apparently they’re launching a new system in November that will make it much easier to keep tabs on cashbacks.

Do you have Vitality (with Life since you’re not with Health)? Vitality gives you 75% and Bank the remaining 25%.

I don't have any Discovery products. From what I read though is that if you purchase the card suite you get Vitality. I was told you start off with 25% off, but I am curious to know how to get the remaining 75% off. Is it just a case of going to the gym for at least the minimum number of visits?

Also does the discount also apply to the 2 year membership?

You get vitality money with bank. There are several vitality programmes (health, drive and money). In order to get 100% back at gym you need vitality health and vitality money.

Didn't realize they had changed. I see on mine I have the option to link my smartshopper - not automatically linked. I'm going to leave it unlinked though.

I can’t seem to find it on their website.

It seems the website has changed and now I can't find anything. was able to check the healthyfood card number on the app though. And I have the option to link it to my SmartShopper card which would mean not having to carry 2 cards.

Yeah I also only noticed it when I was checking where to see the card number. I think for now you have the option but going forward it will be smart shopper only? I don’t see a link to replace a lost healthy food card anymore, hence the reasoning.
