Discovery Bank

I tried to do an easi pay payment,no OTP was sent from.discovery ,and on the easi pay app it says awaiting payment, never seen that before also it says my email address could not be verified,yet I did send them the code via email to verify it

See post 2283 above, same issue I had earlier this week.

Agreed, that is what i am referring to as well. I do however hope i get more as i have never gotten any fuel rewards since inception and they did mention that there is a delay in processing these.

Me too. I’ve been with bank since June, I only got my first fuel cash back this month.

I've been wondering about fuel rewards for months now. They claim I get 6% back at Shell and BP, but all i've ever seen are a few measly miles for those transactions.

Do you mean we will actually get back 6% of the rand value of the fuel transaction?

Up to 15%, yes. So up to 65% if you have Insure.
 
Got an extra fuel reward.

But most likely short payment i received they on the system from last few months

To get to diamond your average points over 12 months need to exceed 1000 and claim free. So you don't have to be gold (> 1000 points) every month, just the average needs to exceed 1000 over a 12 month period

Yeah it doesn't seem too difficult. I joined just over a month ago and have 1055 points for last month. You get 150 points for the Tiger Wheel and Tyre check and 100 points for the free online eye tests. So just need a driving score of 750 to hit 1000. My driving score last month was 780 as I was just figuring it out but this month I'm at 835. You also get an extra 25 points, 50 points and 200 points for being 1yr, 2yrs, or 3yrs claim free so it makes it easier to hit the 1000 points the longer you're with them.
