Motivation/peer pressure to meet your weekly goalApart from the extra free coffees(whatever your reward of choice is) what are the benefits of having a team?
Well 4 coffees or smoothies could be worth up to R130-160 a month depending on what you get each week.
Thats making back some nice monies that you spend on Vitality.
How do you get 4 free drinks?
Making your personal goals and if you are part of a team making their goals you get another 4. 1 each a week is good going.
Sorry I never saw you said per month. I thought I was missing out on something :crylaugh:

Me and wife both got itHas anyone got points for signing the non-smokers declaration? I signed it last week but haven't received points yet.

I joined Vitality in 2016 and have been receiving great cashback on healthy foods from my Woollies purchases. They actually cover the cost of the Vitality membership.
What has been annoying for me is the reworked points system in recent months and my activity points have been cut quite a lot. Maximum of 1000 points for 5000+ steps reached within the first two months, and now can only get for 10,000+ steps. I used the Fitbit to get points related to my heart rate instead, and received 300 points for some of my runs. Unfortunately, I no longer have my Fitbit and need to get a replacement device able to track heart rate during activities. I'm not sure if the Samsung Gear units are any good for this, as there's indication that some devices only do passive heart rate tracking, and not during activities. I'm specifically looking at the Gear units because I'm able to buy one cheaper than the R2,999 for the Fitbit Charge HR.
Anyone have some good feedback on any of the Samsung Gear devices?
