Discovery Vitality [2017]

I noticed the 'no expiry date' issue once on Android... It struggles to load my Digital cards screen and once loaded it's really sluggish when swiping them left and right. Looking now, I've got smoothie rewards going back one year under my digital cards! Trying to delete the first one and it's taking ages.

I've had this issue on Android as well, especially the sluggish load times of my digital cards (if they ever loaded). My workaround was to uninstall the Discovery app and to reinstall it again. This fixed the problem - I guess but removing the app it deletes all old/expired cards and only keeps the few valid ones, so it loads nice and quick. Not sure if this would work on iOS as well.

anyone know how i can sync miband 2 steps to the vitality active rewards app?

Same here, last activity was synced on Saturday, Sunday is missing.

Spoke to a person from the Vitality call center and it happened in my case because I edited the activity before it synced to Vitality.
I normally edit the Feeling, Weather and Training Type fields and add tags to my moves. Now if you do this before they sync with Vitality, it's flagged as "modified" and then they reject the results.

My last few moves imported fine without issues...

Hope this helps?

Hi guys,

I need 3 who meet their goals every week to join my team.

Please pm me details.

Thanks!

Hi guys. Is there a limit to how much work out points get added to your total points. If I do a 300 point workout everyday for a week will I get 2100 points until I reach the 30k fitness limit?

The only limit is the 30k fitness points per annum. Once you've reached that cap, the points will still continue to count towards your active rewards goal.

Also, only the higher points for the day rule applies - so if you do a 300 point heart rate workout, and 10000 steps in the same day, only the 300 points will count for that day

I will keep this in mind thank you. I don't often edit the activity in Movescount though. My activities did eventually sync to vitality.

Note to others with polar HRMs, I started a workout on Friday at 22h35, ended it after 1 minute by mistake, started a new one which lasted 33 minutes (during which time I turned off my wifi and 3g because I didn't want it to sync the 1 minute workout) and then before uploading to Polar Flow's website I deleted the 1 minute workout. The Discovery app did not award me points for the 2nd workout that should have been a 200 point workout, it said my "workout fell outside of the set parameters".

TLDR: Delete or edit Polar workouts at your own peril...

Yeah. The way I do it is, when I stop a workout at 1min on my polar watch, it asks if I want to save it, because it was a very short workout. I then select 'No' at that time to ensure it never gets synced or even saved to start with.

Yeah, by the time i noticed it was ended, my phone was doing this sluggish closing down of the app or something, screen was black and then next thing back at the starting page of the app... I think I was charging the phone and starting my workout which isn't a good combination :/

Guys can someone explain why I only get 200 points for my gym visits? I go to the gym 4 times a week but they only ever at most count two

I have 2 rewards that expire today. Contact me if interested. Won't use them.

Your heart rate probably not at 80% for 30miutes or 70% for 60+minutes?

I'm talking about the actual gym visits, not the workouts.

Edit:

Adults can each earn 100 Vitality points for one visit a day, up to a maximum of
30 000 Vitality fitness points a year (per member)

This is part of my Virgin Active and Vitality benefit.

Are you going more than once a day? Because they only count 1 visit per day.

Nope, but I figured it out:

This makes 0 sense to me. So in the future if I'm out by 100 pts for my goal I can just walk into a gym, swipe my card and leave. But damn you go to the gym AND workout and they only count one? Ffs, is there some logic in here I'm missing?

If you have multiple workouts on the same day, you only get points for the workout which gives the most points, the rest don't count.

My 300 point polar workout not reflecting...

From their known issues page:
"04-09-2017: Delay in points allocation
