Looks like I got all mineAnyone still hasn’t received there reward?? I’m still waiting...
Added.Anyone else still need some friends for the challenge? Add me SHAUNDBd00 or if someone else posts their code here I'll add them.
Anyone on Vitality Drive? I'm curious to know how their system works, because I barely drive. The web-page just says "get rewarded for driving well".
I commute to work on a bicycle since I live quite close, I usually just use the car to do the grocery shopping once per week, and if I go out on the weekends. The wife uses it occasionally but I'd estimate that I do at most 200km/month. From an insurance point of view, my case is ideal really, because low kms equates (in my mind?) to low risk of claims.

How does the 36 gym visits per rolling 12 month window work now, has it changed? If it has, I cannot find any info on it.
My wife lost her 50% discount in July, literally like a week after it went under 36. After that, she picked it up again and is now already on 49 visits, according to the Virgin Active app. However, visiting the Vitality GymTracker page, we get the following:

But she went over 36 within a few weeks already, and kept it above there. When will the discount re-apply? They were pretty fast to remove it, why do we have to wait months for it to re-apply? It was supposed to be lower again at the end of August.
It seems I am missing something.

The problem is, you did reach the limits for the 60% HR workout, and somehow their system prioritize that over the 10 000 steps. I had a similar one, only mine was 100 points for Gym was not given if I do a 60% HR workout.Guys I noticed a bug in how Discovery calculates Vitality points. This one may affect a few of you, so I just want to bring it to everyone's attention. I have reported it to Discovery, but you know how they are - they are stubborn to admit that you should have been awarded points.

Okay, so, notice that I did 10000 steps per day, on 3 days, but was awarded points on only one of the 3 days. The two most recent days, I was not awarded points when I should have been.
Why should I have been awarded points? Because 10000 steps is not subject to the limit. I should still be receiving points.
I'm confused, what difference does it make whether one gets 100 points for 10k steps vs the 60% HR workout? Surely both fall under the Fitness limit of 15k points for the year? The problem is, you did reach the limits for the 60% HR workout, and somehow their system prioritize that over the 10 000 steps. Took like 20 emails back and forth until they succumbed and asked me to confirm the dates. The only thing they did, was to delete the 60% HR workouts, and then I received the 100 points for Gym.
So keep on emailing them back, until they delete those workouts, so that you can receive the 100 points for 10k steps.
There is an additional limit for 60 hr, same as the 5000 steps 50 point limit.I'm confused, what difference does it make whether one gets 100 points for 10k steps vs the 60% HR workout? Surely both fall under the Fitness limit of 15k points for the year?
Hi all. I've been travelling, missed all these Vitality changes. I need friends who will achieve their goals! Please add me: ROSALYBfba. (PS I'm on 92-week streak)
Had a similar one, had 3 activities recorded for one day, on for 20mins, one for 1hr at 70% and one at 1/2hr for 70% - their system only picked up the first one, had to mail them and they eventually gave me 200 points - should have had 300 but it was enough for the week so I left it.The problem is, you did reach the limits for the 60% HR workout, and somehow their system prioritize that over the 10 000 steps.
