Now that you mention it, with the previous open vitality drive I was using a Sony Xperia Z1 and that worked...

But I added the insure drive app to the protected apps so dont think its that. It actually does record the trip, can even see the whole map with my route, just that its goes missing after uploading.

Yeah that is bizarre. Have you tried un-install and re-install?

Do you drive long distances? Looks like they deduct points for that. Not sure what they classify as a long distance.... I've been doing 5 star trips in all categories and am only on 730 points. So they must be penalising me for distance. My trips are just under 40km each.

Nah. All under 40 normally. However, it's now gone to 820... About 400km worth of driving.

Essential, Classic and Executive are the names of the insurance products.

I was always averaging 750 and doe about 40km a day. Finally now at 805
 
Hi, been having an issue trying to activate Apple Watch, says amount still outstanding from previous watch (false - previous watch was paid of in July/August), anyone else have or had this issue?
