Yes indeed but they actually paid it, it's an achievement when the money actually gets paid. Took 6 months to get my first gym booster money which came in last month.

Driving goal sitting on zero since it reset this end too. Guess I'm not alone reading above.

Now I've done a 300 pt exercise. It's registered on the website and on the entry page when I log in, but when I click on for more details points are not reflecting. Anyone else? This is a garmin workout. Sorry hope this makes sense... Entry screen ring has filled up. Clicking on it and the points don't reflect.

Mine’s been doing that a few times lately. It updates everywhere else after a day or so. Seems like they have loads of bugs at the moment.

Yes. Exercise ring moves on the landing page but doesn’t update on the active rewards page. It seems to be intermittent, hasn’t happened to me in a few days...

Mine did. Can’t remember how long it took but a couple of hours later.

I have done vitality check ups at clicks and my points are still not reflecting since last week

My step counts are also not working

No gym benefits yet.

I sent off a query about my gym visits not showing,so they replied to say they have submitted a query(I would have thought that they would have acknowledged that there is a delay in getting the points considering it's now on their help page with known issues)

My goal is still pending from last week even though I achieved it. Gonna be a problem if they don't sort it out by tomorrow as this will throw all my boosters off Unless they rectify that.

I send a message to the whatsapp bot asking to speak to a consultant and one joined the convo, I emailed a screenshot of the workout and within 10 minutes it had been allocated.

Might be worth a shot, my email regarding the same issue has still not been looked at.

Thanks I asked to speak to a consultant on WhatsApp but says all our agents are busy, do I wait or how do I ensure someone will come online

Edit someone came online and manually allocated it within minutes,wow impressive

Yeah at first I was very disappointed when I found out it was a bot, but then I thought to ask to speak to a consultant and was very impressed from that point onwards!

Try the WhatsApp service and ask to speak to a consultant took about 30 mins till someone came back got my points within 5 mins I was impressed

Did it.. now just waiting for vitality to do recalc.

What annoys me is the agent asking if he must manually fix and why? Well duh.. discovery vitality impacts penalties on gym, watch, etc and tomorrow is the weekly rewards.

Rather odd thing to ask if you ask me.

It happened to me several times just keep asking to speak to an agent, eventually they came online

I emailed them about my gym visits and got a call from a consultant today. When she wanted to verify my info, I said "You called me, now you want me to divulge personal information to a stranger?" So she said would I prefer if she replied via email and I said that I would. Got a reply in which she acknowl;edged they were having issues with gym visits and had manually credited me.

But still nothing on ww, really wish they would have pick n pay again been like over a year since pick n pay have vouchers
