Parkrun was updated this morning as per norm (weekly import). If it doesn’t you email them your Parkrun results. (Parkrun sends you this about 1hr after event end).

Gym is tricky as it’s usually 24-48hrs later.. but sometimes it seems like things break and import happens later.. if you don’t see it on Tuesday the next week, best to contact them before weekly tally is done.

The gym thing is interesting as gym visit calc is done before end of month so need to be careful.

Not in one day, the rewards stay in your "bank" for 12 weeks, I have been holding on to them waiting for something to spend them on...

Although some people get more plays per week due to having the car insurance, it could be related to that.

Man, you are lucky, I got 1 diamond with 1 play a week for gym over a period of about 8 weeks.

UPDATE : Got the whatsapp thing working, one of the consultants is going to access the Virgin Active systems and allocate my points.

Hi All,

New to this discovery thing so need a bit of clarity.

1. The Whatsapp support above is just a bot? - Scratch that. Saw the above post.
2. Parkrun/Gym have no updated since Saturday. Is this normal?
3. Bank goals have not updated since I activated my card, which has been a while now. Is it done monthly?
4. Drive goals also take time to update. Does it have to be a 5 star rating for everything in order to be considered a counted trip if I have the smartphone enabled one or can it be a 4 or 5 star rated trip overall to be counted?
5. How does the fuel rewards work? I have seen some people saying they are emailing Discovery slips and stuff? Surely it gets logged onto the card when you swipe at the garage?

2.Parkrun points usually reflects by the Wednesday following the Parkrun if I can remember correctly.
4. You need a 4 or 5 star overall rating per trip to be considered towards your weekly reward goal. If you have a 3 star trip it resets and you have to start all over.
5. For the fuel rewards you need to swipe your Vitality Drive card when you visit BP or Shell for fuel. You don't need to email the slips to Discovery but if there is an issue (i've had this before) it's great if you kept the slips as proof which you can then e-mail to them.

Not updated here yet, have emailed them for the drive goal update.

Reached my bank goal hence the cup, but the bars shows not reached yet.

Strange that you didn’t get a second cup for the drive goal - if I remember you achieved that one too?

I am at ABSOLUTE wit's end with Discovery. I have been unable to retrieve rewards for over 6 weeks now. Notified them 4 weeks ago. They ask me for screenshots (I send). Then they ask me to explain the problem again. Then they ask me to update the app. Then they ask me for a screenshot again. Then another stupid question about the problem (which I explained ALREADY). Then today "Can you please send us a screenshot to assist?". What the actual....?

Keep in mind, multiple days pass between each query. 4 Weeks now waiting for a solution and they have nothing but "Can you send a screenshot".

Try the whatshapp chat support. I got my gym visits sorted out in 5 minutes. Just ask them how to send the screenshots, because you cant send it via the bot chat. Do ask the bot you want to speak to a consultant to get a real live person on

So I have to speak to a WhatsApp agent to credit me for my gym visit,which he did, it shows 900/900 bit no trophy in the middle nor the infilling of yellow. Will it still be an achieved goal even without the trophy?

I think it took a day later for my active rewards to show the goal correctly.
The lady said my rewards play will happen the following Wednesday.

Anyone else got a bonus play for achieving all three goals? I thought it’s only from next year but saw the message on the app this morning. Tiles already uncovered though so I guess I’ll only get the bonus play next week.

I did not get bonus play this week. Hopefully next week then, if my drive goal update in time!

[11:31, 11/15/2019] Ask Discovery: It seems the points are reflecting on our side now, we were experiencing a delay in gym points from last week however that has now been resolved.
[11:32, 11/15/2019] Ask Discovery: Please check on your Vitality Points Tracker, they were updated with our bulk fix today.

Gym should be fixed, but mine is not showing yet.

I think it showing on homepage from I can tell I only need 50 points which is correct, under active rewards it shows 100 points needed for my goal.

Drive goal not updated for me yet.

I did not get bonus play this week. Hopefully next week then, if my drive goal update in time!
I didn’t get an actual play either, a banner on the app just says I got one. I noticed it after the update this morning. Guess I’ll have to wait until Wednesday to see if it’s real.
