Hi folks,

My TomTom device, which I have been using for 2 years, has since become de-linked since Discovery re-did its log-in thingy last week. As far as I read, TomTom devices installed before 31 Dec 2018 would continue to work...this is deeply disturbing. Can anyone with a TomTom confirm this for me?

I'd bet they did that on purpose, they are such dicks. You will have to get support to help you with that, but I suspect they would not have put in a way to deal with unintended unlinks.

Mine synced yesterday and I got the points.did you by perhaps delink and relink it?

Ah, looks like some weird stuff going on with the Discovery website just now. Seems to have fixed itself. Phew!

I am using Movescount. My workouts look like they are syncing according to the timestamp on the app but I haven't gotten any points. Even Samsung Health syncing is patchy. Discovery devs are not looking good right now.

Discovery confirmed to me that they're having issues getting full data from Suunto, and they're working on it. For now, log an issue on the devices page, and include a screenshot of your workout, and they'll allocate the points manually.

So reading the terms and conditions for the promotion, they don’t state what the limit is.
So I’m assuming the R2000 single or R4000 family limit applies.

There used to be a link to your statement under the Rewards section in the Vitality tab, but they seem to have removed that now

I've been able to get 4 diamonds and up to about 250 coins (although I do spent 25 coins a week on a free coffee at Vida).

Try going for the blocks on the edge is my hint.
