My 30odd minutes yesterday came through as 300pts. Yet the weekend run didn’t. I guess I’m doing something wrong somehow. And I guess I should question it with them.
Mine was still working on Thursday which I cannot understand. I did the same run then as I did on Sunday and today but the latter doesnt want to sync. The app doesnt even show it got a run to give a reason why it didnt allocate points for it. It simply doesnt show.

Send them the data for your 3 hour run. They will likely give you your 300 points.

At one point, Discovery moved their "Can't sync with Fitbit" to their resolved column and I still wasn't getting anything through. So I phoned them and was told to send a screenshot of my workouts. Did that and got told today via email, "no, it will be adjusted automatically when we fix things".

Love how they can't decide among themselves what should happen.

All I know is I'm going to be rather upset when I lose my goal streak this week thanks to their sync issues.

This is my issue. I have sent the email of the screenshot and received the same feedback

Has anyone used the Col'cacchio reward for 100 pts? Do they just knock R100 of your bill? Can this be used for a takeaway?

Can you not email through a screenshot of your exercise and phone and ask them to allocate it
I have and received an email back saying it will update on its own. Last time my fitbit synced was the 16th of July.

I see the Suunto app/Movescount migration has been delayed. It would have been nice if they're bothered to tell anyone, rather than burying it somewhere in the help section.

Hi,

This worked fine. Vitality called me back and I got my points. Sent them 2 screen shots of the data from my garmin app. Call center guy said it happens from time to time including to him.

Plus as you guys have said (I think). New app is a vast improvement

Yes...used two vouchers on the same purchase for a takeaway. They took down the numbers manually though as the system was offline. So not sure if they will only accept one voucher per order under normal circumstances.

Anyone else experiencing issues logging into the Discovery website and app? I get "Login failed, please try again"
