Are we still.going to get our gym booster paid out this month for last month's goal? Or is it because virgin active didn't debit anyone's account won't we get or booster or would that be for next month not be be paid out?

You'll be refunded whatever you paid. The one you weren't debited for won't be paid back

Okay but that won't give them enough time to adjust their debut orders for end April as they supposed to calculate if we drive less or more than 500km.in April?
 
Did you guys get your fuel rewards back as promised ? I got my car but my wifes car I nothing...I thought it was average spend this month?

I got mine today, Average spend will be paid out next month

Give it a try, buy don't go out your way to get a sim, if u have one with data then give it a go, it worked for me,but now that I think about it,when it was also happening to me even when I switched between WiFi and a sim it didn't work, sometimes it did, but when it didn't I just left it ,when I did a new trip it scored the new one. Thanks. I bought R5 data and tried. Didn't work.

They've assured me the dq device is faulty, which I doubt. I'm gonna try go back to the old phone tomorrow and try that to prove the dq works. Just don't want it to affect my points.

If it says waiting for network then it can't be a faulty DQ tracker, cause then it wouldn't record your trips.
Have you driven again since your last trip that hasn't scored?

I've always received my insure fuel cash into my Absa account never my discovery bank,other than the 10% bank reward fuel

Ps have you received your gym booster?
