Has anyone ordered grocery at pick n. Pay online. Do you still get your miles back relating to healthyfood.
 
Is the July extension on double cash back absolutely confirmed?
 
Also got it from a whatsapp agent. I'll irritate them again tomorrow. The communication is not the great
 
Has anyone bought like a bike through healthygear with the double discount? So lets say I get 60% back? Is it capped at a certain spend and what is that spend? Do you get the 60% back in miles the next month?
 
What’s the deal with takealot and Discovery? Are we going to be able to use Discovery miles to get takealot vouchers at a discount?

Mine still indicating lockdown extra percentage, hopefully that correct .
Maybe check a bit later , the app does that sometimes

I was expecting to see the new VAR enhancements from today but nothing yet so I went back to read through page where it gives details > https://www.discovery.co.za/corporate/exercise-var-enhancements-2020 and either I missed some key details or there have been updates made:

1) Launching mid-July now
2) " This means that some of the rewards that were discounted for the COVID-19 stay-at-home period will return to normal to accommodate the exciting enhancements coming your way."
3) Also from mid-July: New Vitality Drive points-earning structure & "you will receive a weekly personalised Vitality Active Rewards drive goal based on your driving behaviour"
 
Any one else had an issue with vitality providing already claimed cotton on vouchers ?

Yes, I had that issue in May, so I asked for my miles back. A month later I got a replacement voucher, so I complained again, refering them to my initial request to get my miles back. A few days later they credited me my miles.
 
Has anyone had issues with HealthGear cashback from a Sportmans Warehouse online purchase? I made a purchase with my Discovery Card on 28 May and made sure to enter my Healthygear card at checkout but I didnt get my cashback last month. When I queried it with Discovery ,they say the feedback from SW is that the transaction wasnt linked to my HG card number. When I queried this with SW they just refer me back to Discovery.
 
I see a new discovery app is available which apparently include the updates to active rewards
