Has your drive points for last week Thursday and Saturday been awarded? Mine still hasnt and now shows not achieved

I am still missing Friday on one car. On the other car all days have been updated

Does anyone know how to escalte up the channels at Vitality? Been struggling for months with my cashback.

Are you part of vitality money as well (bank) ? It’s easiest to phone them early in the morning. I’ve struggled with cashback last month, and they took a week to reply and never sorted anything out. When I phoned them they sorted it out immediately

So what do you guys think of the new “fitness boosters” for 2021. Looks like the changes are better if you on bank and less compelling if you just have vitality. Personally I’m happy.

I see this message. What's the cheapest way for me to activate this? I do not wan't another credit card and I've got a Transaction account. (just the account, nothing else with the bank.)

Looks like you need a credit card or a suite. Even if you do get a credit card. The points to miles is up to 100%. The lowest band is about 25%

Been on Vitality since mid August and haven’t received any HealthyFood or HealthyCare cash back. On the phone with them now and gone through three different consultants in 45 minutes. I am SICK of their on-hold music!!!!

Using the WhatsApp chat feature. type "Speak to a consultant" and then select Vitality.

No just Vitality health. I have a cashback from May that was never paid, and then incorrect cashback values from June and July.

I've been liasing with them for 3 months and they are pretty useless.
