Are you part of vitality money as well (bank) ? It’s easiest to phone them early in the morning. I’ve struggled with cashback last month, and they took a week to reply and never sorted anything out. yeah, Diamond is proving tricky, think I might miss by a few thousand due to their increased threshold and reduction of certain activities...Hoping to keep Diamond from this.
