If you've completed last week's goals, as indicated by the number of current instant rewards, then your gameboard will appear tomorrow. It appears on Wednesdays.
I get more value for money with the gameboard, as the amount of Miles that I can earn vary.
Here are my instant rewards. It compares poorly i.m.o.
I tend to agree with you and I actually never bother to do the instant rewards. However after seeing your screenshot it's got me thinking that it might also come down to what type of reward one feels like redeeming.
What I mean is if one literally feels for a less hassle reward that is easier to redeem then go for the instant reward because then you can get an outright R75 value from Kauai (for example) and get a large protein smoothie by paying in R10, or get some sort of meal/snack (from Kauai or Vida) and pay in the short-fall.
I think the 2500DM reward for free small Kauai smoothie and R72 for a wrap (the most expensive one) is better value if you want that combo, but it also ropes you in to spending more at Kauai and consuming unnecessary extra calories via the 'free' smoothie.
If you compare like for like I would guesstimate that the 2500DM reward offers perhaps R15 more value, I am assuming that on average one gets around 185DM per gameboard swipe, I would say it's even worse for me personally but I don't know if they skew the odds against those that haven't bought into the whole eco-system (I only participate in Vitality Rewards).
Hi all.
I want to start swimming at the local gym.
I see vitality has an active plan for quite cheap. Is it worth getting?
Is cancellation easy enough if I don't use it?
