I am currently having issues with HealthyCare with Clicks as I haven't received any miles the past two months and they claim I didn't spend anything, but I know I bought products that qualified.
 
anyone have issues synching devices from Garmin to Discovery?
 
These a$$holes can't even be bothered to have a system that notifies the end-user that there's an assessment that needs doing or else your healthyfood discount will drop to 10%... I only happened to realise last night that my discount had dropped when eating out at Col'Cacchios and trying to find out how the healthydining discount works (to no avail).

Seems even though my vitality health check was done in June this year, my age assessment online was last done last year September and both are required for the full 25% healthyfood discount.

This happened to me i went like a day or 2 after i dropped to 10% because i had flu... The kicker of it all... "Your healthy benefits will only reset back to 25% the start of the next month" so i was stuck on 10% for the whole month
 
I wouldn’t do Vitality if I wasn’t the obsessive sort. I know I’ll log in every month to make sure everything is in order.

I also micromanage my underlings at work. It’s just my nature.
 
How does one check what amounts they have awarded us in discovery miles and for what it was awarded for if one doesnt have a discovery bank account? I might have asked this question before and the answer was possibly one has to now get the free discovery bank account in order to see what's going on?

You can login onto the Discovery Bank app, select the Miles account and view the Transaction History.

Not sure how this would work if you do not have any bank accounts with them.
 
Do you think think they will retroactively give the 500 points per month if you make the minimum 75 average? Say if they release it in March, you get the Jan and Feb points.

As far as I can see - no - They removed 5000 points for fitness events (25000 down 5000 from 30000) to force you to work on your v02 max numbers instead. But they then introduced x number of points for sleeping.

I can't remember the exact number hence "x" but its a few thousand.
