All the laws would be subject to similar rulings as our constitution allows for such tolerances for religious reasons.
Unless you in a secure estate, i doubt any by law would exclude fireworks completely.

They can go look for it. Here in DBN only idiots complain and moan they call the cops and cops say "shame". They are welcome to look for laws and misinterpret it like they do for everything surrounding fireworks. Im not going to waste my time looking and posting law then explaining it.

So we've quoted bylaw stating that it is illegal in Tshwane and eThekwini to use fireworks in residential areas. The onus is now on you to prove otherwise, if you want to argue that there is an exception.

Yes, there are many ways to protect our pets from the actions of inconsiderate douchebags such as yourself, but that does not mean that you should insist that everyone should be doing it just because you want to clap hands like a retard while looking at the pretty BANG BANGS.

I can also install burglar bars on my home to protect it from burglars, but that doesn't mean the burglars are in the right for attempting to break into my home.

Pet owners can take precautions, and we often have to, but it shouldn't be necessary for us to bend over backwards to accommodate you.

lol are you going to tell me the speed of sound its 340 meters per second ? and that my one second per 1000 meters is incorrect ?

firstly the speed of sound is not constent
secondly thats the speed of sound at sea level (thunder isnt at sea level now is it.)
thirdly speed of sound is dependent on humidity levels and air temperature as well.
fourthly most people dont count 1 second as exactly one second.

is there anything else you would like to know ? must I explain the logarithmic relations of sound i.e the decibel as well ?
