lol read an article in the paper about a kid that his/her face off. Really now who lets a 12 year old play with fireworks with no supervision and lets a 12 year old go investigate an malfunctioned firework .....
sigh
ah force of habit. I usually type lol when chat about something stupid. Yeah its not funny my bad
So If I let person A drive my car and he kills person B would that be my fault?
erm, chatting about someone getting their face blown off is a lol?
Both of you would be at fault. This is why logistics companies usually make their drivers sign some form of waiver excusing them of any responsibility.
assuming the car is in perfect road worthy condition and the accident is due to driver error.

Doesn't matter, you're the licensed owner. You wouldn't let your mate borrow your firearm.
You evidently do not grasp the concept of analogies. This one has no bearing or equivalency to the issue at hand...
Warzone here, it's only 1 day a year thou.
you pushing the responsibility where it does not belong.
EDIT:
Fireworks are legal. They have instructions you allowed certain fireworks. Fireworks must be lit in the presence of an adult in the case of minors. Hence its not the firework nor the operator of the firework that is to blame
Lol. Fscking lol. The firework user is never to blame. There we have it.
My lord. What a stupid thing to say...
