Excluding the moon, we have landed on all of two planets in our own solar system (Venus and Mars). NASA estimates that our galaxy alone has 100 billion planets. If we are still learning about our own planet and yet to scratch the surface (pun intended) of the other planets in our solar system, there is no way to deny that there isn't life on planets that are beyond our ability to reach. We have no clue what is going on out there and we will probably never know in any meaningful way.

Add exoplanets to this and the number (and probability) goes up significantly.

This is an average and by no means accurate. Some Galaxies will be larger, some smaller. Some Solar systems will have more planets, some have less. But let's use what we have to work out an average
So there are 8 planets in our solar system with 3900 Solar systems. So that's 31200 planets in our galaxy alone.
So let's take this average of 31200 planets per galaxy and multiply it with 100 Billion, That's 100,000,000,000 x 31200.

So going by the conservative number, there are at least 3 120 000 000 000 000 other planets. And people can say with certainty, there is no life out there.
I mean my f0k...

We don't even know what going on at the back of the moon, But we have people on here saying for sure, there is no life on any of the other +- 3 120 000 000 000 000 planets out there....and we have a low IQ to believe there is life out there.

Humans have only been able to use radio technology for around 120 years. That's 120/4 billion (0.000003% of the planet's existence). If other intelligent life is on the other side of the galaxy it can take up to 100 000 years for those radio waves to reach them, and they have to have discovered radio waves at that time and be listening for them. Modern humans have only existed around 100 000 years, so by the time they could even communicate back, our species likely wouldn't exist any more.

Even if you assume they have FTL technology, if we have been around for 100 000 years, that's only 0.0007% of the lifetime of the universe. The potential for overlap is tiny. Though if the universe is infinite, it means there are potentially infinite intelligent species elsewhere at this moment. But its' not been proven that it actually is infinite.

Also, every UFO video I've seen is either easily explained as a lens artefact, a balloon, a plane (e.g., B52) or something far away that looks like it is moving fast. The guy claiming they have found non-human "biologics" from a crashed craft does not mean aliens. It could mean animals used to test experimental vehicles. It's also a guy who heard from a guy who read a report.

The early universe was a rather inhospitable place for the first few billion years.
Considering the odds to have simple life evolve into intelligent/sentient - there is a decent probability that we are the first and no other life could have or has yet to reach the technological advancement to travel interstellar.
Which would explain why we have not been visited yet.

Then there is the vastness of space - there could be millions of other intelligent species out there but too far away to see/hear.
With the universe inflating/expanding causing these distances to ever increase we likely will never have the change to discover them.

Faith is one thing I lack - hence I am not religious but there is no need to feel sorry for me.
I am very happy accepting that most things are beyond my comprehension.

And even if we do see/hear them, it's not likely we would ever be able to visit them.

Even the closest star, Proxima Centauri, is 4 light years away. Imagine there's intelligent life in that solar system. We could potentially have a "are you there" "yes" conversation over 8 years. That would be incredible. That is assuming both sides can and have created technology capable of doing that, which we are nowhere close to doing - we can barely communicate with probes just outside our solar system.

But to get there, at the speed of our fastest rockets (New Horizon space probe) @ 16km/s would take 77,000 years. To the closest star.
