To whom it may concern.

It has now been 5 days of my telkom adsl line not working. On the telkom app an appointment has been scheduled for Friday, but no show. I am paying for this? Or where can I dispute a log for this? How understaffed do you have to be to fix a fault that should be fixed within 24h?

No one can give me any information about why my internet is not working. Is there anyone at telkom that can explain to me and have a valid reason why its taking so long with no known issues in my area.

My Telkom line stopped working on January 17th, 3 months later they still hadn't fixed it.
So I cancelled the line on March 17th rather than keep paying for it.
Now 6 months later I finally have fibre.

I also gave up on ADSL waiting for a technician to sort it out. Went with fibre that worked out cheaper and much better.
