Hay guys,

So I am on a Flexi200 with Vodacom and I have a iPhone 5S. Only problem is I cannot get 4G? I know the iPhone 5S supports 4G, but it has limited bands. Still, 2 years ago, I had a iPhone 5S and I got 4G.

The 5 had limited bands, not the 5S. Which model 5S do you have?

Edit
Just checked, all models of the 5S actually have band 3 1800Mhz so even if you had a US or other model, they are still compatible with Vodacom 4G.

You might want to check if there are any problems with Vodacom.

Have you asked Vodacom to enable it for you? Some people have it change automatically and some people have to request it.

Okay cool, no I have not. The deal is at Cellucity, but it is on Vodacom's network.

Hmm then I would imagine it's active from Vodacom side otherwise it would just be dead.

But still worth checking with them I guess.

Definitely works for me on those settings.

Called them today, said they will activate LTE on the number, but will check with them tomorrow. Don't know if activation takes like 24 hours or so?

Not impressed with Cellucity's service. Agent told me: "Your area does not support LTE then?"
I replied: "It does."

After that he could not helped me and said I must be happy with 3G.

I think I might know the problem, I think I don't have a 64k/128k SIM card. Must be.
