No. I listen to streaming music or KFM if it has to be radio. There's enough on the internet/YouTube/Netflix/Showmax to keep me entertained.

No.There is strong movement against the SABC - particularly when it comes to paying TV licences.
Ignoring corruption and mismanagement allegations against executives like Hlaudi Motsoeneng, do you still get any value from the SABC? Whether it is listening to one of its radio stations or watching a show on one of its channels.
It's actually hilarious how Motsoeneng believes he holds a position of power somehow. Like, he can dictate to us what we must watch whether we like it or not - like there are no other options.
Meanwhile, he's just screwing himself and his colleagues at the SABC out of a cozy job where you don't need to do much right in the first place to have success.

There are lots of people (probably the majority in SA) for whom the SABC is their only source of TV / Radio entertainment...
