To be honest, I quite liked the cricket coverage of the SABC but I noticed that it no longer plays on Radio 2000 and the Adelaide game not being shown on SABC3.

Commentators like Peter Kirsten, Neil Manthorpe and Neil Johnstone were brilliant.

However, Hlaudi probably finds the game boring, and, as we know, the SABC belongs to Hlaudi and he's allowed to do what he wants with it.

Stopped listening to 5fm when Cliff left and they switched their teams around. The Last time I actively watched any of their channels was when they had the rights to broadcast the F1 and during the first two seasons of Survivor, you try and figure out how long ago that was. Maybe the odd broadcast here and there but I prefer to read the news now so I can pick the stories that give me angina.

So no, no value whatsoever.

They already do :p

:D

One could argue that the SABC channel content (if one can call it content) that is ultimately converted into light and sound by the TV, is transmitted from the TV.

The other option is to just fix WaxLyrical's post:

They need to start selling TVs that are not capable of receiving an SABC broadcast.

Heap of Shiite. And it's not going to get better.

have tv, but no tv signal without satellite, I can't afford satellite, so no tv. Object to paying for something I can't even receive.

I've not tunes into any SABC channel for about 8 years
