Question is simple, do you have it or don't you.
I am not asking if you are happy with your pay or if the people at work are all BFF's.
I am asking do you wake up every morning, looking forward to the day, knowing you have to spend a predetermined amount of time at the grind stone.

A few years ago I would have said Yes Yes Yes. But now I just don't have time for the politics, and BEE seems to be replacing passionate people with people who are more about the money. So now I would say mostly yes.

Work in IT,Senior systems development.Extremely happy, the pace in CPT is slower than JHB which i am grateful for!
 
The industry I currently work in is Health Services Provision, but that has little to do with my job satisfaction level.
 
Product designer... Love it. Rewarding work process, pay is good, people I work with are interesting and knowledgeable.. All round good work environment.
 
Software Developer. At the moment "no". I don't know whether is is me, or the company though. I'm feeling burned out but the company is becoming more of a code production line with each passing day. Maybe it is a combination of both.

I do still enjoy coding stuff at home when I get a chance though and that always feels rewarding and gives me a sense of satisfaction.
 
Hell yeah. Also in IT and every day is a new challenge. The people I work with are great and my salary is OKish.
 
Nope. I'm a software developer.

But I'm starting a new job in October and I suspect things are gonna become faaaaaaaaaaar better :D
