How I like to smoke,

- Filtered small cigars
- Hand-rolled (Filtered)
- Pipe (Filtered)
- Hubbly-Bubbly

how I don't like to smoke

- Cigars/Cigarillos*
- Cigarettes
- Vape

What I smoke, well, that depends. I don't smoke a lot, and I don't like to smoke in public. Why I smoke, it simply works better than modern medicine to subdue my anxiety.

What I can't take is any cigarette odour, and when someone has it on their breath, sis.

*I do smoke cigars, but my body doesn't like to inhale it. I would taste it when bottoming out my whiskey.

I noticed that aswell, almost like that very watery spit you get right before you chunder.

Then you smokers who keep on forcing it... If you start to spit, it is time to throw not only your cigarette away but whatever is left of the pack/carton too. Just stop.

How long have you known that you are a homosexual?

This ****ing beer belly I have developed since quitting cigarettes has me suspicious that I may be some kind of perpetually pregnant Yugoslavian pagan hermaphrodite goddess of fertility, or possibly hangovers.

I've never understood why people get addicted to alcohol and cigarettes nor why people excessively consume either.
Guess like most drugs you start because it's lekker / makes you feel good / escape from life etc. It escalates and becomes such an ingrained habit that it seems like there's gonna be a huge gap in your life if you quit.

Not anymore. Smoked for 26 years, but haven’t touched a cigarette since September 2018. Knowing that it contributed to my heart attacks, and that continuing WOULD kill me was quite sobering, so I just stopped. I’ve continued with vaping, but working on quitting that soon, too.

Women are more comfortable with old toppies. Makes them feel safe knowing you're not going to make a pass

You don't need to be an ou toppie to smoke pipe. I simply don't like it to share my pipe. What I do like is to kick back and drink in peace.

Quite right. It rewires your brain’s dopamine receptors so that you literally feel like you HAVE to do it to survive.

I think you can add the option, occasional smoker. Like I dont smoke for the majority of the month, then if the braai gets to a certain point I would occasionally join the smokers and "stook" a few out.

That was my mom for most of my younger years, she is now on 2 packs a day.

I've been free for 5 years and 2 months. The brain still tries to tempt me occasionally but then I just run into a wall and we both forget.
