BBC iplayer has a lot of old David Attenborough documentaries up just now to celebrate his 90th birthday.

I watched Cargo Cults from 1960 (been dying to see it since Dawkins talked about it in The God Delusion). It's absolutely incredible to watch and amazing to see how attitudes have changed in 50 odd years. A must see imho.
