In Alone and The Island with Bear Grylls they it themselves. With The Island with Bear Grylls, Bear is actually not on the island with them. You can see how their health deteriorate over time. Alone is vrek creepy.

does anyone watch "paula zahn" on channel 170, or any other such series? something that annoys the heck out of me is when the interview is taking place these documentaries have music playing in the back ground. what the hell? the music seems to get louder and louder when the story seems to get deeper in to the mystery of the documentary story telling.
