Documentaries

Only getting around to watching this now..... interesting viewing.

If Trump had done half of the things the democrats did he would be in jail now.

Werner Herzog is always worth a watch.
His voice annoys the living daylights out of me. The only doccies on serial killers I have skipped are with him.

That being said, that looks like an amazing watch! Shot!

EDIT: I love serial killer documentaries.

Haven't watched one in a long while (last year perhaps). Any new ones out in 2020 that are worth giving a watch? I don't do re-enactment "documentaries".

Looks good, but can we get someone else to narrate please

Philistines both of you...

I guess you either love or hate, I have no issue with his narration and if you skip his narrated movies you miss out on one of the best doccies out there... Grizzly Man.

Free to choose - Milton Friedman.

My 2nd favourite documentary after The World at War.

There are 10 episodes, free to watch.
There is also an updated version of the series made in 1990.

If you want to learn about economics and a bit of politics it's a great series to start with.

Currently watching "Earth from Space", a BBC documentary on Showmax. Finding it riveting, especially how satellites views of Earth are leading to some new insights and approaches to conserving our planet's wild species.

On Showmax, BBC documentary, "Icons", about the most inspiring and influentail people of the 20th century. It is soul-food to see the courage, leadership, and lasting achievements of these people, especially inc contrast to the largely depressing leadership of South Africa. Only available to 30/11/2020.
