3 to 4 is plenty dogs.
My neighbor has 12.
I stop them from barking at me with fireworks.
Just light a cracker each time they start, they go to the other side of his yard and leave me alone.
Cruel but effective.

Just light and drop on the ground on my side of the fence.
F**k him. Tell him politely "Im sorry sir they are dogs, I tried to stop train them not to bark. It didnt work"
My dog is like that, my neighbour complained. I told him that he is a dog and he will continue being a dog
EDIT: I see the neighbour is complaining, hmmmm, that is a little tricky. Barking the whole day long while im not home I can understand why you would want to use a collar but shame the poor thing is then not allowed to say a word the whole day while you out. Surely there must be a reason why they barking and carry on barking. I would try find the cause and get that behaviour out of them before trying a collar, just seems to cruel.
+1. Dogs don't work when there are more than 2.
Dogs do not just bark 24/7, that's utter bull****. Most of the time the problem lies with the owner (bored dog)
They not barking 24/7. Its when we not there that they mostly bark.
This is a serious issue that we have often in our complex. We had someone move in with a Husky that would howl for hours once the owners where gone. It was fairly serious as the one neighbour was pregnant and in danger of miscarriage and the dog was preventing her getting rest at night. We almost had the dog removed from the complex but the owners tried exercising the dog more to burn of energy plus the dog got used to its new environment and it stopped that.
Sausage dogs seem to be big culprits though. They do tend to bark a lot and at random hours. We have some near us that are a bit of a nuisance. They regularly disrupt our sleep and wake our kids up.
So then you guys recommend I put them down since there is nothing I can do about having more than 2?
