I went through all of those, none of them was for this specific garage motor

I tried the adding the transmitter steps, it flashes and everything but the garage door doesnt open.. now I am doubting the compatibility of the remote with the garage.

Press the code button for like 1-2 seconds, the display will show a dot, then press your remote button, wait a second and press it again, it should then be programmed

Doing exactly what this says. It blinks and everything but the gate just won't open.

I am using the below as a reference. This is how the external receiver was configured at my old house on a dominator.
The terminals are exactly the same on this one.

yeah so shorting ground and PB should trigger the door. if it isn't then I suspect you need to reset limits

I also think the limit thing is not working properly. I did set it twice but still doesnt want to work.
Will try again..

Got it working. I was not setting the limits properly, when I was setting the "close" I was waiting for the door to touch the floor and the motor was stopping automatically which I am guessing it didn't like. I then stopped it a few millimeters above the ground and it was fine.
All remotes working fine now.

Got it working. I was not setting the limits properly, when I was setting the "close" I was waiting for the door to touch the floor and the motor was stopping automatically which I am guessing it didn't like. I then stopped it a few millimeters above the ground and it was fine.
All remotes working fine now.

You just saved my ass, this was my problem too. Thanks!
