Has anyone else been double debited by Axxess this month? My CC was debited on the first and again last night.
 
Axxess debited my CC on the 1st, but the transaction failed. It shows up as an "uncleared" amount. I tried paying them today, but the same thing happened, so now my bank is withholding 2 x the amount for at least 5 business days.

There is no way that I'm going to pay them until my bank releases the money. They'll have to wait until Thursday/Friday.

Yeah, got the same message from them today.
 
I got debited on the 1st and then on the 3rd again, I got the same email message. Hope that they sort this out soon.
 
Same here. I immediately contacted my Banks fraud department when it happened because I didn't know what it was.

The first debit went off on the 31st and said Axxess, but the second one on the 3rd said Monthend(numbers). Fortunately the person I spoke to told me it was an Axxess double debit.

Our payment service provider is in direct communication with all the banks of the affected clients in order to reverse all duplicate transactions.

Our specialists are working hand in hand with the payment service provider to fully resolve the issue.

I left Axxess years ago when still an ADSL customer due to their shocking customer service.

We are currently in the process of refunding our affected clients, we are however unsure as to how long it will take for all affected clients to be refunded, and we therefore cannot provide a specific time as to when yours will be refunded.

Again, we truly apologize and are working on resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Ha ha, should have sticked with "The payment was denied, you have R1071 outstanding in your account." lindiwe sounds like excellent support you have there.

Will your people whose job it is to follow up with late payments take a chill pill for a few days and not bother people like adrianx until the issue has been resolved?

So the bastards cut off my internet. Unfortunately, I have all my "eggs in one basket" with Axxess. After this little incident, all of that is going to change. It is stupid to use one provider for all of your connectivity. I'm learning that the hard way.

Especially true of business customers. One line - one ISP. Not a good idea.

Seems @Captain Axxess doesn't have the power to tell them to take a chill pill.
