downloading problem i think?

hey everybody

i got myself a astraweb account and got grabit like Garyvdh instructed in his thread downloading stuff from usenet ( international bandwith)

ok so i loaded my user name and password i got from astraweb and also got the nzb file that you click on and then grabit opens and then all i get is unable to connect am i doing something wrong
the exact message i get in grabit is unable to connect to news 563

can anyone please help me

Sat up until early hours of monday morning
Still get the same messages
Any idea of what I can try next

took another look at grabit and never changed the info settings when installing so now iam up and running
