2x100mb links load balanced but i keep getting the same results from speedtest, think thats the max u can get on speedtest

I think that test is a glitch, check the upload compared to the download.
Did this one earlier at home:
I think the peribit devices on the links at work is causing the speedtest reading to max at 20mb up/down but the links are 100mb x2
