Drop in Lithium battery replacement for alarm system

ids here. load shedding killed my lead-acid. exploring lithium because tired of replacing lead-acid. If the ids battery connector charge current is rubbish, any possibility of replacing transformer that sits between ac and ids, with a ic that can a) charge lithium battery safely (max current battery can take) while on ac and also provide ids with required dc to operate, and b) switch over to battery when ac dies, and do all this while keeping lithium battery safe (care not to over charge or discharge).

can all lithium batteries can deep discharge safely? Or are all lithium batteries not equal? from what I understand safe deep discharge allows smaller Ah to suffice, and the high number of cycles for lithium means it will last way longer than lead-acid?

I also want to replace alarm/gate with lithium but I'm a bit scared since lithium needs care to use safely. I do not want a fire hazard in my house.

While loadshedding for about an hour, I climb up to replace the alarm battery, that radio is the one who drains the battery, telling the response company ac fail, I repeat, ac fail , I repeat, AC FAIL.
I am sure that radio unit draw a amp or two.

That is either fake or I don't know, maybe old old stock, although, I have never seen it at that price even at bulk.

That battery costs more than that also no one in SA has stock.

Thanks to Thor @ Loadshed Buddy for offering the sweet deal. I finally got around to installing my 4x Securi-prod 7Ah LifePO4 batteries. 1x in my driveway gate, 1x for my ADT alarm, and 2x in my old RCT 1000va UPS that was gathering dust.

With the lithium batteries the UPS powered a constant 40W (tested with Kill a watt) for 2h53m, which is decent considering these cheap UPS usually only have 60-70% efficiency. I'll do a quick follow up review on these batteries in a few weeks, but so far they get a thumbs up from me.

I don't think the UPS uses 300 watts unless you add that many stuff in which case the battery will die most probably.

That was my thinking too , would maybe need a few batteries in parallel.
Eg my 2000va ups use 4x 7ah batteries in series would need a bank that can do 40a

But you'll need type F2 to F1 converters

Have used these in both ups and alarm system. Generally give you twice the backup time, and a fraction of the recharge time... Providing the charger is up to the task. So far no noticible change in performance after a couple of weeks of heavy use... Know its early days but happy for now. Hope it helps.

I'm using these in my complex gate motors so far they last through stage 6 unlike the old lead acids

does this mean gate motors will charge the battery at enough current to charge it up before next load shed slot arrives? This being the main issue with alarm systems esp ids - they charge at too little current and it takes forever (week?) to charge battery fully.

is it a drop-in replacement for gate motor? Does gate motor charge with enough current to fully charge bat between load shed slots? Or would I have the same prob as with ids alarm sys? (Where I cannot just drop-in replace since charge current too small)
