DSTV cuts SABC Africa

The SABC has lost yet another revenue stream after the public broadcaster's contract with MultiChoice to broadcast its Africa news channel on the DStv bouquet was terminated yesterday. The SABC Africa channel will be discontinued from August 1.

So it finally happening here, just like BBC channels, (fairly) free TV is being dominated by the pay channels. e-News what a joke....it is boring and a far cry from international news channels, although they don't repeat the same story under a different heading..yet.
