DStv decoder prices drop, new channel added

Huge Fail.
New Channel? What about the Animax channel that has just fallen away? The replacement channel only
goes live in Feb 2011.

I agree. The cost of the decoder isn't a problem. The subscription cost is! Especially when they repeat so many of the programs for sooooo loooooong. There are repeats at the moment which I saw three years ago!! And if Zone Reality doesn't change their program line-up/advertisement I may tear my eye balls out with my own hands, and eat them!!!

They should be giving away the hardware at the current subscription prices.

New channel implies new content ... this annoucement by Monochoice, regretfully, fails!
 
What a big deal. Forget these extra channels which only repeat everything and bring down the subscription. MonoChoice a month 594 rand Sky in UK 300 rand for 200 channels (a lot in in HD)
MonoChoice should be done for fraud and corruption not mention theft
 
So let me get this straight. They've dropped the price on the HD PVR decoder, which dramatically reduces the chances of you missing anything since you can record stuff. But just in case you missed all your annual 24 chances to record/watch said programme, here's another 5 chances, yay! :wtf:

I'm not that fussed about Realitymax falling away. They hardly showed any anime at all, and even when they did they be they repeated the same series umpteen times, or even worse just looped the first few seasons of a show despite there being at least nine other seasons *cough* Bleach *cough*. It was all in English anyway, which by itself is an epic fail.

NO WAY! You serious? Upgrading your package cant be,I know if you upgrade before your billing cycle date,they calculate stuff etc etc and give you a weird figure to pay
 
If toptv gets EPL and ECL rights I'll kiss DSTV goodbye forever
 
GoogleTV is lurking!! http://www.google.com/tv/ (runs on Android, )
MS may also launch a zune-like TV (perhaps with the next windows)
and Hulu also wants to get a pay-tv service into other nations.

WiMax/LTE TV is the future
