DSTV Installation

Hi all

Regarding DSTV Installation. Where is my best bet to get the fastest installation and no problems.

Game, Hifi Corp or rather one of this DSTV installation shops?

Thought about GAME, but just want to find out from users that already has DSTV

IIRC when you buy it you get an installation voucher that can be used with any installer, so where you buy it doesn't really matter.

Don't use the installation vouchers. The installer will finish the job as quickly as possible.

If its Johannesburg, I use Aerialz installation. They have done 2 jobs for me, one basic and one PVR - and I am very happy with them.

It doesn't matter where you buy - the voucher is useable with any DSTV accredited installer. However some packs have a cheapo aerial.
Try and go for one with a fibreglass dish. If you are in a rainy area you can sometimes pay a little extra and get a bigger dish or better LNB in place of that Chinese P.O.C.

Check they are using decent cable, have sealed the outside connections (against rain) and managed to get a reasonable signal (75%+).
