Streamed the whole game from start to finish on Fox Sport in full HD. No need for any of these other small time players. Best of all, it did not cost me a single cent to DSTV.
To be honest the people with full dstv would have watched it on tv and not streamed it. The streams are all borrowing accounts and Im assuming dstv dont like it.
Also what does it matter if my dad (who pays for the full bouquet) gives me his details, because he has no use or does not stream. The fact is that he has paid for this service which dstv provides, and he can do with it what he wants. What nonsense!!
I spend more time away for work than I do at home and I'd say that I rely on streaming more often than not. Thankfully I was able to watch on tv yesterday, but if I had been away and unable to watch (as I will be for the whole of October) I would've been absolutely furious!
If the streams are all borrowed accounts then why don't they just end dstv now? I'm sure there are plenty of borrowed accounts out there, but that hardly accounts for ALL dstv now users. It's pathetic to try justify their failure, especially with anecdotal evidence.
It's really simple, don't offer a service if you can't provide it.
Each subscription can stream 2 or 3 at a time, i forget the nr.
So for dstv to plan. Worst case scenario is to do the math and have enough capacity for that number.
The fact that they didnt and probably don't want to incur the cost of spinning up more capacity says two things.
1.Exceptionally poor infrastructure capability
2. They dont give a sht

FTFYYou only go fishing to get away from the wife, to be able to watch the RWC.
Do you got a paid VPN/DNS service or is Fox Sport freeeeeee?
Totally free. No VPN needed. Just been watching the mornings two games as well on it. Perfect streaming in HD. Getting ready for England's game now.

Had constant buffering on DstvNow for the first time with the England Tonga game , so switched to Live NetTv apk casting ITV to the Chromecast.
Spark offering refund to Kiwis frustrated with choppy RWC coverage
Spark says it will offer unhappy customers a refund after issues during the first weekend of the Rugby World Cup.
Sunday's matches would also be simulcast on TVNZ's free to air chanel Duke to ensure viewers were able to watch the games.
Over the weekend, viewers were outraged with the lag time, choppy or pixilated images and slow customer response from Spark.
Anger with the streaming service boiled over on social media during the All Blacks v South Africa match, prompting the company to shift coverage to Duke.
Spark said it was working with international partners to identify and fix the problem.
Customers who were unhappy with their viewing experience of the pool match were eligible for a full or partial refund. Those who purchased a Tournament Pass and wish to leave the service will also receive a full refund.
Oh , so you were using Live NetTv. That Fox link showed as the 2nd one on my app - unfortunately not able to cast it though due to limitations of the Chromecast it seems. Forgot about the live events section. If you use Live Net TV, go to your menu at the top left and click on Live Events. Click on the Rugby and you will have about 4 different links. The bottom one is Fox HD.
Jeez and I was dissapointed that there was no 4K HDR for the RWC stream. Guess now I know why and should maybe wish for a stable 1080p stream only. Between them and Cool Ideas I am finding it very diffucult to enjoy the RWC...
