So, DStv officially increased their prices from 1st April '11 as taken from the article dated 2 March, below:
Why then, did they send out a Mail Message yesterday (to me ; don't know if any of you / other subscribers have received it as well?) stating the following :
[You should either have an envelope at the top-right of your TV screen indicating that you've a new message, or it might be in your messages if you click on MENU, then 4.]
I know the amounts are minimal per subscriber on Select but :
1. On Compact they're a R14 difference per month ;
2. On Premium they're a R30 diff. per month ;
3. If they need to credit ALL of us for the 2 months overpaid (April & May) it should amount to millions.
Is this simply an error (the Mail Message) on their part which can be ignored, or should we be 'beating down their doors' claiming overpayment for Apr & May ?

MultiChoice yesterday informed their subscribers that their DStv subscription fees will increase from 1 April 2011.
DStv Premium R529 to R559
DStv Compact R232 to R246
DStv Select R148 to R157
