DStv streaming a mess after app update

I made the mistake of paying R699,00 for their streaming package. None of the channels are appearing on the Samsung TV app. It's been almost an hour now. How long does it take for the channels to appear?

trying to watch live tv = just a black screen , its been a couple of days. I saw online as well lotso people having the same issue but seems dstv has no solution. I thought maybe it was my cheap ass they trying to punish, coz i leech of family/friend logins, well those who sub now and again.

Experiencing the same black screen on my Nvidia shield pro... Strangely enough my Mibox plays fine. Really buggy app.

I cleared cache on the app section 4 dstv's app , seems to have solved the problem although still a buggy app , I at least managed to get the live picture back. The amount of forced ads on this streaming platform is insane

This remains my experience. Hit and miss. On a Xiaomi MI box. Everything else working fine. Even the rubbish DSTV app worked fine until the recent update.

Does anyone else only see those programmes on their dstv now app? Since October one cannot catch up or watch life tv.

Tried Mi Stick and Mi Box. Both did not work with dstv app. Returned. Got the Chromecast with Google TV. All works well now.

Mine has been working fine on both Mi box varieties (3 and 4) until the recent updated. Now its more buggy than ever. It was never perfect but this new interface is also terrible. :/

DStv app on litBox is extremely laggy. If I'm watching soccer, then it will freeze for a second and then they players will run at super speed to catch up to live lol. I've resorted to plugging in my laptop now and streaming off the browser

I resorted to installing the previous version of DStv and stopping play store updates.
Works how it should now.
