Lies DSTV! Here's the proof from a family member as well as a close friend. This is sneaky and fraudulent. We should get Wendy Knowler to put them to ground.

Problem is, it seems to be a recurring issue, and for some reason it is always Disney + ...

Trust me it's not.. It's just a recurring issue with multichoice.

When I had dstv I obviously upgraded decoders over the years.. And what caused me to cancel was when all 5 of the decoders I'd ever had with them over the years just magically reactivated. Their billing systems are a Complete clusterfsck.

Why isn't this bigger, front page news everywhere? As in getting Carte Blance and Gerrie Nel involved and getting everyone involved arrested. They're stealing millions this way it seems and nothing is done, no one cares..

Spam the Disney X account and send complaint emails to Disney too. This is done after all with Disney's knowledge, they're partnered with DSTV after all. I've emailed Disney's EMEA address. Maybe if enough people email, we'll see someone at DSTV fired for this.

You guys can also contact whichever Youtube channels may report on this. Disney is getting a lot of hate on YT these days and some of these Youtubers may also use this material. The more negative publicity for Disney and DSTV the better.

In the 80s and 90s such would be called computer errors but these are not. It's pure disregard and disdain for paying customers. A company operating above the law. Please don't make excuses for them.
