E-toll Bill debate postponed

Go back and read it again, slower this time, paying close attention.
Try not to mouth the words as you read, but ask yourself inside your head what the words mean.
Use a dictionary if it will help, or ask someone who is smarter than you (basically anybody standing close by).

hahahahaha this made my day!!!

also meant that MPs would have to examine the socioeconomic and traffic impact assessments done by the province and the municipality, as well as the report of the *public *comments and plans for alternate routes and mitigating factors against concerns raised by .

LOL.. like the mps will ever read/examine/think about it. ANC wants spending money from e-tolls in Gauteng, they'll won't ask their mps opinion, ANC will give it to them.

This debate deals with such simple issues that the only way I can make my point to Gary is if I repeat myself. I don't want to do that so I'll just "admit" that I'm wrong for the sake of peace.

The only point I see Gary making is that however extremely probable it may be, it is still however not a certainty.

The article I posted on the previous page proves without a doubt that the DA was not behind this delay.
The current delay is due to the ANC minister of transport disagreeing with ANC MPs over wording of the bill.

They just need to put it in already so that the effect of the e-toll can take it's toll on the coming elections :P

Let me remind you again. ANC will the elections comfortably. da will remain opposition party but they must watch out on Agang as their targets are the same.

Its not a debate when someone has proof of their point of view and the other just has constant repeats of their own thoughts and words.

I have no doubt they will win the general elections again :-/ but local and provincial front I suspect will change with the etoll bring about the swing.

It's just very hard to question deny the effect of etoll (which appears pushed by gov) when it hits your pocket. Kinda sets it up for the DA. Lastly I'm it allows them to win locally and provincially eventually as Gauteng looks to be in desperate need of a turn around much like Cape Town was a few yrs back!
