That is only the case if you don't convert the air time into data bundles.

Yup, got hold of the clued up guy now and he says that should be fine. He said the contract doesnt support sms bundles anymore so he's worried that at some stage they might stop supporting data bundles half way thru my 2 years but he's going to check up on that

I'm trying to buy a second hand 3G modem. Which is recommended, the E220 or the E270 or E272.

I've used both and the E270/272 is the superior modem by some margin.
