Easy Equities good or bad?

Does anyone know what happened to the Capitec integration? I could usually access my EasyEquities account through the Capitec app, and received lower costs. Today, the EasyEquities button in the Capitec app opens EasyEquities in a new tab in my web browser.

I noticed this too. Perhaps they are discontinuing the widget since you can now use Capitec Pay in the EE app to deposit funds?

I've used other platforms, but new to EE... can I not place a buy order on an ETF and set my price and leave it to execute if/when that price occurs?

Seems it only gives me the option to buy at current price or immediately at any price that the market allows now.

EE is not a trading platform.

It’s not a trading platform, it’s an investment platform.

GT247 is there for that, along with the related costs.

suggest an alternative please

Ok, fair enough, I use IBKR for my proper trading - I'm using EE for playing with some petty cash and local ETFs, so won't stress about the lack of features, just want the low costs.
