Funnily enough only my daughter's account received it. Not my main one.

Sometimes more is more! EasyEquities is at it again with some nifty additions to make your investment journey interesting as well as #Easy.
Starting tomorrow (16/08/2016) our sparkling new recurring investments functionality will enable you to invest in the instruments (shares / ETFs etc.) available on the platform on a frequent / regular basis with just a single instruction. Sounds exciting doesn’t it? True story. We need to make sure you know exactly what that means and how it will affect our terms and conditions (just a smidgen), so here’s a summary of the changes for you to check out.
See? No biggie.
Having regard to the abovementioned changes, we wish to inform you that the new EasyEquities Terms and Conditions (New Contract) will take effect on whichever date is the earlier (the effective date):
(a) the date on which you place your first Order for a Recurring Investment;
(b) the date on which you set up your first Debit Order; or
(c) 10 (ten) Business Days after the date on which the New Contract is delivered to you and/or published on the Website (15/08/2016), and
after the effective date, our relationship and your Trades will be governed by this New Contract.
If you are not in agreement with the New Contract, you may give us 10 (ten) Business Days written notice to cancel the current Contract and discontinue using our services by sending an email to
[email protected] which notice must be received by us on or before the effective date. We will assist you by either closing out your Trades or transferring your securities to another broker during the 10 (ten) Business Day notice period, whichever is applicable. However, you will not be allowed to enter into any new Trades during the notice period.
If you do not give notice to cancel the current Contract and close your Account on or before the effective date, then you are deemed to have accepted the New Contract and if you continue to engage in any Trading using the EasyEquities Platform after this notice has been received by you and/or published on the Website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the New Contract.
You can access the full new terms and conditions here. There’s also a link to the Ts&Cs at the bottom of every page on the EasyEquities website.
Rest assured that we will continue to make investing as easy, cheap, fun and educational as possible. At the same time, however, we have to operate within the laws and regulations that govern our industry.
We trust that you understand, and invite you to contact us if you have any queries.
Kind regards,
The EasyEquities Team
