Reading up more on this both ABSA and FNB payments clear quickly. I can see no reason to pick one above the other except FNB is perhaps their main account which they check more often.A transfer from one to another bank takes one day when processed during bank business hours i.e. 9-4. If done after 4 it will take two business days.
Being "tightly linked" doesn't change banking rules. Besides, FNB is a better bank than ABSA.

Hi just logged into EE and saw a few changes eg shares , etf buttons where they are split now and the etn button. See we can actually buy etn's now. i don't really understand etn's can someone put it in laymens terms for me please
