I didn’t see in the prospectus but are the rentals insured? Or do you take the risk?

Have you decided yet which of the 4 properties you're going to invest in? I see Green Reef Village is already more than 11% funded.
 
Finally got around to buy some shares, bought into Green Reef Village .

As This one will probably be sold out soon so they will have the funds to go ahead.

I remember from the webinar they said that if it is oversubscribed they will scale the number of shares each person has accordingly. does anyone know if that is the case or once it is funded 100% it is closed?

also if they do scale your shares will you get refunded the proportion not allocated?

so if i understand it correctly - If all of the 4 properties are over-subscribed none of us will be able to invest the full amount we would like (ie they would refund us part of our investment)

based on the above if we expect our property to be oversubscribed by 50% say we would have to pledge R150k to end up with exposure of R100k?
