Eating raw eggs

Try Evox super egg. A 30g serving is equivalent to 6 egg whites. :)
 
One of the things I remember from the Rocky movies is Sylvester Stallone drinking them before training.
He seems ok.

It's also used in eggnog and plenty of other recipes.
 
Don't stress yourself. If you want to chow down an egg-flip or raw eggs, go ahead. You've got more to worry about living in crime-ridden South Africa than bacteria that MIGHT occur in every 30,000th egg you eat.

Been drinking raw eggs since I can remember, primary school. I'm still healthy at 35. Could have been an egg when I had gietergat episodes through the years, could have been dirt on my hands, could have been a virus, could have been the waiter touching my steak with dirty hands, could have been...
 
Personally, I prefer my eggs poached and on toast ;)
 
I think I read on wiki that you can only absorb 51% of the protein if raw and 91% if cooked

Damn straight. Raw eggs offer no added benefit over cooked eggs. In fact research shows that the body is able to process the proteins in cooked eggs better than it does from raw eggs...
 
Your stomach won't be able to digest raw eggs that well.

Boiled eggs is best, besides protein shakes already contain whey and egg...
 
Helps with the bulking up.
used to do this. 4 or 5 eggs mixed in some milk and a couple of drops of vanilla essence to help with the flavour. Breakfast of champions.
but I think whey shakes would probably be the better option
Why is raw eggs better than cooked eggs? Is it the peepee thing again?
 
Have your whey shake directly after training - then an hour latter have cooked eggs.

Here's my current favourite:
cup of egg whites, scrambled.
12tbsp Salsa (I use the Woolworths Mild Salsa, 12tbsp is half the jar)
1/3 low fat cheese.

My favourite "diet" breakfast
